Down 249 to Cypress, or the transport with the handover at the dock or the fence line.
Conroe to Cypress is 105 to 249 and under an hour outside rush hour, so families split between dropping off and taking the $250 transport for a go-home session where the dog lives: at the dock and on the boat for a lake family, at the fence line and the barn for an acreage family, at the front door and on the trail for a Grand Central Park family. The dog spends the stay as part of our household, crated at night, trained every day in the house and on field trips, and the family hears from us on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
The water work is built at the lake near the training home on a long line and transferred to your dock, and the recall for an acreage dog is built in open fields before anything is trusted loose.

What a Conroe dog learns
Three Conroes: the lake, the acreage and the new section.
The lake dog is a Lab or golden that owns the dock, launches off the boat and is deaf once wet; Platinum builds a wait at the edge, a recall out of the water and calm on the boat. The acreage dog is a shepherd, cattle dog or Pyrenees that chases deer, barks at the tree line all night and treats a visitor's truck as an intruder; Platinum builds boundaries, a recall that beats a deer and a calm greeting at the gate, and VIP finishes it off leash across the property. The new-section dog is a doodle or Lab in a house with young children, an HOA and a community pool, and Gold covers the manners: place, the calm greeting, the structured walk and the pool rule. Every version comes with lifetime support and, on Platinum, unlimited lessons.

Platinum for the lake and the acreage, Gold for the section, VIP for the dog you want loose.
Platinum at $3,750 is the Conroe program most often, $4,000 door to door with the transport that brings the handover to the dock or the fence line. Gold at $2,500, or $2,750 with the drive, covers the new-section manners. VIP at $10,000 includes the transport and the handover on your property. Reserve the dates with $250 and it is credited to the program.

Conroe specifics
Alligators in the lake, coyotes in the woods, storm nights and a hot open summer.
Lake Conroe holds alligators in the warm months and the leash stays on near the bank until the recall out of the water is proven, with the water work started on a long line at a quieter lake. Coyotes are common in the wooded acreage north of town and will lead a chasing dog away and turn on it, so the recall is built for that before any freedom. Conroe's pines come down in storms and crate calm is part of every stay for the night the power goes out. Summer on open land and open water is brutal; the field work runs at dawn and dusk with a hard stop, and the I-45 store aisles carry the afternoons.

Can you teach our dog to stay off the dock and out of the boat until we say?
Yes. A wait at the edge and on the boat and a recall out of the water are built on a long line during a Platinum or VIP stay and transferred to your own dock at the go-home session.
Our dog chases deer off the property. Is that fixable?
It is trainable with a recall built on a long line in open fields, a boundary at the property line and, in VIP, the Mini-Educator for reliability when the deer moves. It takes weeks and it holds only with the lessons afterwards, which VIP includes.
