What’s really going on
Recall fails because it has been optional. A dog who is called ten times and comes on the eleventh has learned exactly what “come” means. Drive, prey instinct and distance make it worse.
Real off-leash reliability is built on layers: engagement, a rock-solid recall on a long line, duration in position, and clear communication at a distance.
How we handle it
The approach.
Our trainers build recall on a long line first, in open fields and at the lake, so the dog cannot rehearse ignoring it. Engagement, focus and impulse control come with it.
The VIP program takes that to complete off-leash reliability, with the Mini-Educator e-collar included for clear communication at any distance. Our trainers introduce the tool properly and teaches you to use it in the in-home handover session.
Platinum gives most family dogs a reliable recall in everyday situations; VIP is for owners who want service-dog-level reliability on acreage, at the lake and in public.

Which program gives real off-leash reliability?
The six-week VIP Service-Dog-Level program. It includes the Mini-Educator e-collar, complete off-leash reliability, transport home and an in-home handover session, then unlimited in-home lessons.
Do you train recall for high-drive breeds?
Yes. Working breeds, hunting breeds and herding breeds are a specialty. Our founder’s farm background training Quarter Horses gives the team a feel for drive and structure that high-energy dogs respond to.
