Drop-off, or we pick up
Bring your dog to Cypress, or add the $250 door-to-door transportation service and our team collects your dog from home.

How much is the reservation deposit?
The reservation deposit is $250. It holds your dates on the calendar, because only a limited number of dogs live in our trainer’s home at once and spots are booked ahead, and it is applied toward your total program cost.
Do I need to talk to our team before I reserve?
It is the best order. The free phone consultation confirms the right program and the dates, and you reserve straight after. If you already spoke with our team and know your dates, reserve here and we will confirm by phone or text.
How is the deposit paid?
Through GoDaddy Payments, the same secure checkout Best Dog University has always used. Card payments are processed by GoDaddy; the site never sees or stores your card details. You receive a receipt by email.
When is the balance due?
Our team confirms the balance and timing with you when your dates are set, usually at drop-off. Every program price is published on the board and train page, so there are no surprises.
Can I change my dates after reserving?
Call or text us as early as you can and we will move the reservation where the calendar allows. Spots are limited, so earlier is easier.
