The program
2 weeks in our trainer’s home.
Our 2-Week Gold Board & Train program is ideal for dogs who need a strong foundation in obedience, structure, and everyday manners. This program focuses on building clear communication, improving leash manners, and addressing mild to moderate behavior issues such as jumping, pulling, and lack of responsiveness.
While your dog enjoys a full-time stay with us, they receive professional dog training tailored to their individual needs, with a focus on essential commands such as sit/stay, place/stay, loose leash walking, and door boundaries.
It’s a great fit for younger dogs, dogs with minimal behavioral challenges, or owners looking to establish structure and consistency early on. Dogs with more complex issues such as reactivity, anxiety, or aggression will benefit most from our more comprehensive programs, such as the 3-Week Platinum Board & Train.
At the end of the program, you’ll participate in a go-home session with our dog behavior specialist, equipping you with the tools necessary to maintain and build upon your dog’s progress, plus an additional lesson and lifelong support to ensure long-term success.

About Gold.
Who is Gold the right program for?
Younger dogs, dogs with mild to moderate issues such as pulling, jumping and poor impulse control, and owners who want structure established early. In two weeks your dog learns sit/stay, place/stay, loose leash walking and door boundaries with enough repetition to hold at home.
Does Gold include field trips?
Gold builds the foundation on the property and the surrounding streets. Field trips into stores, parks and busy public places are part of the Platinum and VIP programs, where calm around real distractions is the goal.
What support comes after Gold?
A go-home session with our trainer, an additional lesson to reinforce it, and lifelong support by phone and text. If something slips, you book the lesson early and it is fixed fast.
Where does my dog stay during a board and train?
In our trainer’s home in Cypress, not a warehouse or kennel. That in-home environment is the point: real-world training in everyday settings, so the results transfer to your home.
Will I hear from you while my dog is away?
Yes. Professional photo and video updates go out on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, so you see the progress as it happens.
