Questions
About Agility.
Which dogs are a good fit for Agility?
Energetic dogs with a foundation in basic obedience who thrive on activity and challenge: herding breeds, sporting breeds, doodles with drive, and any dog that needs a job. Our trainers customize the obstacles to your dog’s drive and ability.
What equipment does my dog work on?
Weave poles, jumps, the A-frame, tunnels and the seesaw, introduced in an order that builds confidence and body awareness before speed. Control and responsiveness under stimulation are trained alongside the obstacles.
How do we continue agility at home?
The go-home session shows you how to keep the progress going with simple equipment or none at all, and how to use the drive you have built for engagement on walks and in the yard.
Where does my dog stay during a board and train?
In our trainer’s home in Cypress, not a warehouse or kennel. That in-home environment is the point: real-world training in everyday settings, so the results transfer to your home.
Will I hear from you while my dog is away?
Yes. Professional photo and video updates go out on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, so you see the progress as it happens.
