August
Fall spots fill in August: booking the Platinum you want.
The training home takes a limited number of dogs, and the September to November calendar fills in August. How booking works, what the deposit does, and how to pick dates.

Every August the same thing happens: families who decided in the spring that the dog needs a program call in September and find the cool-season dates gone. The training home takes a limited number of dogs at a time, and the September to November window is the one everyone wants.
How booking works
- The free phone consultation first: our team confirms the program and the length
- A $250 reservation deposit holds the dates and comes off the program price
- Drop-off day and the go-home date are set on the call, with pickup available for $250
- Holiday weeks and spring break are booked earliest of all
Picking dates
Count backwards from the event you are training for. Guests at Thanksgiving mean a Platinum drop-off by the third week of October. A baby due in January means a Gold stay in November, so the go-home session happens before the nursery is finished. A puppy that turns six months in October is best in a program before adolescence sets the habits. Tell our team the date that matters and we will work back from it.
The reserve page has the deposit checkout; the free call is where the dates get agreed.
Why the calendar is limited
A kennel facility can take as many dogs as it has runs. The training home takes only the number of dogs our trainers can work with one on one every day, live with in the house, and take on field trips in the car. That number is small on purpose; it is the reason a Platinum dog gets three weeks of daily individual work rather than a slot in a rotation. It is also the reason the fall dates go early. When a family books a three-week stay in October, that spot is gone for everyone else for three weeks, and the cool season only has about twelve of them.
- September and October: booked from mid-August
- The weeks before Thanksgiving and Christmas: booked from September
- Spring break and the weeks before Memorial Day: booked from January
- Summer: the most availability, and the heat is managed, not avoided
What happens after you book
Our team confirms the dates by phone or text once the deposit lands, sends the short list of what to bring, and answers anything specific to your dog. Two weeks before drop-off you get the preparation note: what to stop doing, what to tell us, what to pack. Drop-off day is a calm handover at the training home, or a pickup at your door if you added transport. Then the updates start on the first Monday, Wednesday or Friday, and the go-home session is on the calendar from day one.
